Ability to lead and conduct training programs for diverse set of people across all levels in the organization

Deploy Quality initiatives across the organization that enables achievement of business objectives and drives growth
Work across organizations functions (Operations, Process Design, HR, Technology etc.) and establish Quality and reliability standards for all key processes and activities
Supplier Quality Management including Supplier Technical Support for Quality improvement
Deploy Quality Assurance processes through QC personnel in multiple locations
Monitor and ensure adherence to the defined standards across all levels
Develop systems to monitor and measure performance against defined benchmarks
Establish a system to promote awareness of Critical to Quality issues, Supplier & Customer Escalations across all departments and lead deployment of effective corrective measures
Identify opportunities and drive focused improvement initiatives to enhance Customer Satisfaction, Performance of Internal Operations and Capability of People
Lead & manage the Quality team operations and deliver results against targets within allocated budgets
