Coordination with Outbound Logistics and monthly plan execution tracking.
Review of AO wise , Model wise ODRC for current month and next month
Review of Model-wise Retail & Stock during the month
BP working and performance tracking
Review of Target, Achievement and TAD
Credit Management, Paid Stock monitoring
